Marketing Coordinator
2 to 3 Days Per Week – Permanent
The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team of a globally distributed magazine. The purpose of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator is to work closely with the Marketing Director and Editorial team to help build awareness and create advertising opportunities. We need a highly-motivated individual who is flexible and interested in learning about our magazine and willing to take on a variety of roles to complement our existing team. The Coordinator is responsible for managing their own schedule and working remotely.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (in print and online)
Gather/create content to maintain social media presence
Measure and report performance of all client’s digital marketing campaigns
Generate new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experience
Facilitate the design and implementation of new advertising campaigns
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Update client adverts on demand
Assist Marketing Director with general marketing efforts, conference/exhibition preparations, client follow ups
Attend conferences and exhibitions representing GEO ExPro, demonstrate the product and positively engage the wider community
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent English speaker
Right to work in the UK
Proficient at both Adobe Photoshop & Indesign
Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practises in online marketing and measurement
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the job
Flexible working schedule
Ability to work remotely
Strong time management
