ONE and Dyas have merged

One-Dyas becomes new North Sea focused independent operator.

On the 20th of December Oranje-Nassau Energie and Dyas have announced the merge of their upstream energy businesses into a single company called ONE-Dyas.

ONE-Dyas will have a 2019 gas and oil production of some 35,000 boe/day. The goal of the new company is to grow their North Sea focused activity.

The merging of activities is subject to regulatory approvals and completion of the transaction is expected to take place in the first half of 2019. Read the full press release here.

Oranje-Nassau Energie B.V. (ONE) is the largest privately owned exploration and production operating company in the Netherlands with activities in the North Sea (UK and Netherlands) and West-Africa.

Dyas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SHV Holdings N.V., a family-owned Dutch multinational (www.shv.nl) and an active, non-operating minority partner and investor in oil & gas exploration and production projects with a core position in the North Sea.
