Nautilus Carbon services – a recently established privately-owned pure-play carbon storage company based on Trondheim, Norway – has signed a framework agreement for CCS consultancy and products with Horisont Energi. This agreement, spanning over 5 years, will assist Horisont Energi with rapid screening, selection and development for portfolio projects including new CO2 storage sites in Norway and potentially NW Europe.
The first collaboration project is already ongoing. Through the Nautilus Carbon Services team and cooperating companies, Horisont Energi has access to data, products and expertise throughout the CCS value chain working towards a carbon-neutral future. Nautilus Carbon Services’ proprietary COToolkit offers a unique and environmentally friendly solution for rapid screening, comparison and developing different carbon storage sites across NW Europe.
