The size of the discovery is not reported, but Total will drill the sidetrack (6406/6-6 A) in the same operation as the exploration well 6406/6-6 S.
The well will explore the reservoir in Jurassic deposits proven in wildcat well 6406/6-6 S.
Total is the operator with an ownership interest of 40 %. The other licensees are Equinor Energy AS (30 %) and Petoro AS (30 %). The area in this licence consists of a part of block 6406/5 and a part of block 6406/6.
