IMAGE ’26 — the International Meeting for Applied Geoscience & Energy — returns in 2026 as the premier global gathering for geoscientists, energy professionals, and industry innovators. Co-hosted by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, in conjunction with SEPM, IMAGE convenes leaders across disciplines to advance science, technology, and responsible energy development.

In 2025, IMAGE welcomed more than 7,800 attendees from over 90 countries, featured 1,200+ technical presentations, and hosted 300+ exhibiting organizations, reinforcing its position as the largest applied geoscience event in the world.
